Comes with Media recycling system with vacuum unit and filter in EX-version (ATEX certified). It also has additional grounding and antistatic bracelet for operator.

Note: EX certified vacuum cleaner is located next to the BAM03 blasting cabinet.

Designed with the operator in mind, BAM03 features an electronically adjustable cabinet height, allowing users to work in a standing or seated position. This ensures ideal posture and reduces fatigue during long or detailed blasting sessions — a key advantage in high-precision post-processing environments.

A large top-mounted viewing window, combined with LED cabinet illumination, ensures crystal-clear visibility during blasting. Integrated heavy-duty gloves and foot pedal controls give the operator complete handling precision for delicate parts and complex geometries.

Beyond blasting, BAM03 supports a variety of manual post-processing tasks, including support removal, cutting, grinding, and polishing.
