Argon or Nitrogen can be used with exhaust connection for external venting system. We can maintain Oxygen level in range 4-2% during the operation.

With a staggering 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm build volume, load capacity of up to 1,100 kg, and a 1,500 mm rotary table, MARS05 supports direct handling of the largest AM builds on the market. The build plate and load capacity can be even higher, if requested.

MARS05 automates depowdering with a servo-driven rotating table and 210° swivel arm, programmable vibrators and knockers, and optional electro vibrators. These work together to remove powder from complex internal structures, reducing manual labor and ensuring consistent results across batches.

Engineered to handle reactive metal powders like titanium and aluminum, MARS05 includes an optional inert gas infusion system and a completely sealed, ATEX-rated explosion-proof design. This provides maximum safety for operators and compliance with demanding industrial standards.

Through its integrated 12” touchscreen interface, MARS05 lets operators simulate, plan, and store optimized recipes for different parts and materials. This ensures high repeatability, shorter setup times, and complete process control for high-volume AM production.
